Case No. 1948: These twin brothers have faced a heartbreaking fate. Over a month ago, the younger twin tragically passed away, leaving his brother unable to see him ever again. The surviving brother, Van Biak Thang, is a sweet baby boy who, like his twin, was born with multiple illnesses, including respiratory infections and neurological regression. He requires tube feeding to survive.
Due to the family’s dire financial situation, they are urgently seeking help from kind-hearted individuals across the nation to overcome this life-threatening challenge.

- Neurological Regression Secondary to Thiamine Deficiency
- Mild Laryngomalacia with GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease)
- Hypochromic Microcytic Anaemia Likely Secondary to Iron Deficiency
[We Cannot Lose Another Child]
Van Biak Thang is the firstborn child of Nay Lin Thang and Ney Swe, a young couple (both aged 29) who are foreign nationals certified by the United Nations. They came to Malaysia seeking a new life.
What should have been a joyful occasion—welcoming twin sons—turned into heartbreak when their younger son passed away, leaving them with only Van Biak Thang. They cherish their surviving child deeply but are also consumed with worry. Having already endured the devastating loss of one son, they cannot bear the thought of losing their only remaining child.
[Father Lost His Job]The father, previously working as a restaurant assistant, earned a meager income. However, due to frequently taking time off to care for his sick baby, he lost his job, worsening the family’s already precarious financial situation. Despite his efforts to find new work, he has not been successful so far.
The mother, Ney Swe, is a full-time homemaker, dedicating herself to caring for her baby around the clock. Though physically and emotionally exhausted, her love for her child keeps her going as she clings to hope for Van Biak Thang’s recovery.

The couple has one simple wish: for their baby to overcome this life-threatening crisis and recover. However, they are struggling to put food on the table, let alone cover the baby’s expenses. In their desperation, they reached out to charitable organizations for help.
We are now launching a campaign to raise RM8,983 to provide one year of premium formula milk and cover medical expenses for this baby boy.

- RM120 x 4 cans (monthly) = RM480
