Description

Case No. 1906: It is truly unfortunate that a man in the prime of his life has passed away unexpectedly. Mr. Chang Chee Wah, aged 45, had no children to handle his funeral arrangements. His grieving elderly mother, overwhelmed with sorrow, is appealing to kind-hearted individuals across the country to donate for his funeral expenses so he can rest in peace soon.

Before his passing, Mr. Chang worked as a part-time cleaner. He had previously suffered a stroke, and this time was rushed to the hospital after another stroke, but sadly, he could not escape fate and passed away in the hospital.

The deceased’s father had also passed away years ago from a stroke, and his mother is now elderly. Mr. Chang had three siblings (two brothers and one sister), and he was the second eldest. His youngest sister had been his greatest support, but she is just an ordinary administrative worker with a modest income. She has her own family to care for and also looks after their aging mother. The third brother is paralyzed from a stroke, and the eldest brother and his wife are responsible for his care. The family simply cannot afford the sudden funeral expenses.

According to the youngest sister, Ms. Chang, Mr. Chang had been unemployed for about six months before his passing. His death has deeply saddened their mother, leading the family to appeal for assistance from kind-hearted public so Mr. Chang can rest in peace soon.

The death report states that Mr. Chang passed away on September 12 at 6:19 PM due to sepsis secondary to pneumonia.

Given the family’s difficult financial situation, they are unable to manage Mr. Chang’s funeral at this time. His mother, Mrs.Sham has entrusted Da Ai to handle her son’s funeral affairs, hoping that he can complete his final journey with dignity.

Da Ai will take full responsibility for the funeral arrangements. We are handling the whole funeral process for the deceased, which includes body transfer, prayer ceremony, cremation, and ash placement. We sincerely call upon everyone to donate to the funeral so he can rest in peace soon.

If anyone is interested in donating for the entire funeral, please contact any of Da Ai’s social workers for more information. Thank you.

The prayer ceremony will be held at Kwong Tong Funeral Parlor (Hall R) in Kuala Lumpur on Monday, September 23, 2024, followed by cremation on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. The ashes will be placed at Kwong Tong Cemetery by his family.
