Description
Case No. 1831: The elderly man passed away in the hospital, and his body has been kept in the morgue for over a month without any family members claiming him. His frozen remains have not been buried! We sincerely ask for help from everyone across the country to donate for his funeral arrangements, allowing him to complete his final journey and rest in peace.
Mr. Chua Teek An, aged 74, unfortunately passed away on March 7th, and his body has not been claimed since. After learning about this situation, we arranged for someone to search for his relatives. We discovered that he had a wife and son, and we visited multiple addresses to locate them. However, all the properties had been sold, and we were unable to contact them. Their neighbours also did not have any information about their whereabouts. Since we could not find his relatives, hospital officials entrusted us to provide assistance.
The deceased should be honored, and his afterlife arrangements are important. Since there are no family or friends to handle his burial, we kindly ask for generous individuals to donate for his funeral arrangements. This would allow Mr. Chua Teek An to have a dignified send-off and a smooth journey to blissful peace.
According to the death report, Mr. Chua Teek An passed away on March 7th at 3:37 p.m. The cause of death was hypertensive bleed, multi-organ failure, and pneumonia (HUPERTENSIVE BLEED WITH MULTIORGAN FAILURE WITH HOSPITAL-ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA).

We are handling the whole funeral process for Mr. Chua Teek An, which includes body transfer, prayer ceremony, cremation, and scattering the ashes into the sea.
