A poor young boy is suffering from various illnesses and urgently needs RM3,400 to purchase two medical devices to sustain his life. We humbly request your assistance.
Case No. 1754: Four-year-old MUHAMMAD IZZUL HAQ IZAMIRULLAH is lying in the hospital, waiting for help. He is afflicted with diseases in his brain, eyes, lungs, colon, and feet, causing him immense suffering. His parents have a meagre income and struggle to support their five children. They are unable to afford a suction machine and feeding pump for him. We urgently appeal to kind-hearted people to donate to this poor boy.
The young boy lies in agony in his hospital bed with hopeful eyes, yearning for everyone’s support, care, and warmth. Medical reports indicate the following diseases:
1. DNM1L encephalopathy with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy
2. Chronic lung disease with possible bronchiolitis obliterans secondary to chronic aspiration
3. Positional Talipes Equinovarus, a congenital foot condition
4. Bilateral eye optic atrophy secondary to DNM1L encephalopathy
5. Bilateral foot pressure ulcers
6. Septic ileus, a purulent intestinal obstruction
7. Pseudomonas pneumonia
This poor young boy is currently bedridden in the hospital. While he doesn’t require oxygen support, he needs regular suctioning and feeding through a feeding pump.
The father, IZAMIRULLAH BIN MD IS (48 years old), is an ordinary employee, and the mother, AZIYANTI BINTI ABU KHANIPAH, is a teacher. The couple has five children and is heartbroken over the condition of their child, MUHAMMAD IZZUL HAQ.
They must take turns caring for their son in the hospital. When the hospital informed them that they needed to purchase two medical devices for treatment, they were unable to afford them. Helpless and saddened parents have turned to us for assistance, entrusting us to launch a crowdfunding campaign to aid them. The details are as follows:

We have successfully reached our crowdfunding goal, so we are no longer accepting donations. Thank you, everyone.
We has already purchased a suction machine and a feeding pump, which we delivered to the hospital for the young boy. We wish him a speedy recovery and a quick reunion with his family.
