Case No. 1721: The father passed away in the hospital due to a scalp abscess. His sons are eagerly requesting donations from the enthusiastic public to handle the funeral.
Mr. Ng Keng Wong, aged 71, unfortunately suffered a stroke over a year ago and was admitted to a non-profit nursing home for treatment. Recently, he was hospitalized due to difficulty breathing and unfortunately passed away in the early morning of June 18th. As his sons do not have the means to afford the sudden funeral expenses, they are pleading for donations to allow their father to rest in peace soon.
The wife of the deceased has already passed away for many years, and they have two sons. According to the younger son, Ng Hor Kuan, who works as a kitchen helper, his father was a construction worker. However, he suffered a stroke over a year ago and was unable to take care of himself. Since the children had to work and couldn’t provide the necessary care, they decided to send their father to a non-profit elderly home for better care. Unfortunately, he was recently hospitalized due to breathing difficulties and passed away in the hospital on Sunday at around 4 a.m.
