Beneficiary Profile 1600 AZRAQI

A nine-year-old boy waits for heart surgery to save his life, but his helpless single mother can’t cope with the huge operation cost. We sincerely call upon everyone to donate to the poor boy.

9-year-old MUHAMMAD AZRAQI is a Down syndrome child with congenital health problems. Unfortunately, he also suffers from heart disease and must undergo tricuspid valve repair surgery in time. The cost of the surgery is as high as RM90,000.00. The huge operation fee makes the single mother feels very uneasy and distressed like an ant on a hot griddle. We earnestly request the help of the enthusiastic public by donating to her son.

The doctor told the mother that the child had severe tricuspid regurgitation and needed surgery to repair the right chamber heart valve, and the child would have a normal life after the successful operation. However, the little boy AZRAQI comes from a single-parent family. When he was a few months old, his father, SHAHUL HAMID, unfortunately, fell in the toilet at home and passed away, leaving only his mother and siblings to grow up.

Mother ASLIZA (46 years old) told us that AZRAQI is a very well-behaved child. He is the youngest in the family. His cheerfulness makes his elder siblings in the family love him very much.

Whenever she thinks of her deceased husband, the mother can’t stop crying. Although AZRAQI is a child of Down’s syndrome, he is more aware of his mother’s feelings than anyone else. He is a lively and sensible little angel with broken wings. He will immediately give his mother a big hug and accompany her by her side.

ASLIZA said that before her husband passed away, he told her that no matter how difficult it was, she could not send AZRAQI to others. Even if some relatives said that they wanted to adopt AZRAQI, she must refuse.

ASLIZA has never forgotten her husband’s entrustment. Since she has to take care of the children, she can only do some small online sales at home to maintain living expenses. At home, she also needs to take care of her elderly mother and a disabled OKU sister, as well as many children, especially the youngest AZRAQI, who needs special care.

ASLIZA’s elderly mother told us that her daughter was in a bad mood after losing her husband. She also suffered from depression before. Seeing her crying alone every day made her heartache. Life is already not easy, but now suddenly faced with huge medical bills, she feels at a loss for a moment, and the family is worried. In desperation, they can only ask Da Ai for help to crowdfund RM90,000.00 for the child AZRAQI’s surgery fee.

It is really good news that nine-year-old AZRAQI has been discharged from the hospital and will not need heart surgery. The crowdfunding campaign has ended, thank you all.

During his hospital stay, AZRAQI spent a total of RM5,571.90 on medical costs. We used the money raised through crowdfunding to assist his mother in covering the cost of her hospital care. The total raised through crowdfunding is RM11,380.00. The remaining funds from the crowdfunding campaign will be used to assist the following needy. We appreciate your kind donations from all throughout the nation.

The young boy AZRAQI is once more in his mother’s arms after returning home. His most recent examination by a doctor revealed that he is not now in need of surgery.

The child’s single mother ASLIZA was ecstatic by the latest advancement in the disease and felt pleased to let go of the intense burden of recent months.
