Description
UBAIS BODIALAM, who is only one and a half years old, is a young boy from Myanmar. Unfortunately, he was infected with MULTISYSTEM INFLAMMATORY SYNDROME IN CHILDREN (MIS-C), which causes his brain to be seriously injured, and then turned into MENINGOENCEPHALITIS. He was admitted to the ICU for treatment. Due to the poverty of the family, the parents are unable to afford the medical expenses of RM20,000.00. Therefore, we earnestly request the help of enthusiastic public by donating for this poor little boy.
MENINGOENCEPHALITIS TRO MIS-C infected by UBAIS at the same time. He now suffers from severe stomach pain, difficulty breathing, blue lips and face, confusion, and unable to stay awake.
There are many symptoms of MULTISYSTEM INFLAMMATORY SYNDROME IN CHILDREN (MIS-C), but not all children have the same symptoms, so parents are advised to be more vigilant. If a child has the following symptoms, he or she must seek medical attention immediately : fever lasting 24 hours and more, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, skin rash, feeling unusually tired, fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, bloodshot eyes, red or swollen lips and tongue, red or swollen hands and feet, headache, dizziness or lightheadedness, and swollen lymph nodes. As UBAIS BODIALAM suffers from several symptoms, thus, he must be treated without delay.
MIS-C shares similarities with COVID-19. However, MIS-C is the latest virus to be identified in Malaysia, and it is more dangerous for some pediatric patients as the condition can deteriorate rapidly to the point of being life-threatening. UBAIS BODIALAM was infected because he was too late to be vaccinated.
The father BODAILAM JAMALDIN is a 33-year-old scrap iron collector who earns only RM1,500 a month. While the mother, MYMO NARA, is 26 years old. In order to take care of the eldest son SAIFUL, who is only 6 years old, and the youngest son UBAIS, she is unable to go out to work.
The family of 4 is only supported by the father’s meager income. Now the life of the youngest son is threatened by the virus, which makes them very helpless.
The mother, MYMO NARA, is very worried. When our social workers offered condolences and care, she shed tears of helplessness. They have no choice but to ask Da Ai for help to raise the child’s medical expenses. We sincerely call upon everyone to lend a helping hand by donating for the baby boy to help him get through the difficulties.
Kindly share this message with others, so that more kind-hearted people know that UBAIS need help from them. Thank you.
