The life of a 3-month-old baby (Muhammad Arfan Ayaan) is at stake while trying to survive a life-threatening condition known as Ventricular Septal Defect (hole in the heart) which the body fluid cannot be excreted effectively resulting in fluid retention or edema (whole body swelling). We urge all enthusiastic public across the country to pull together a fund of RM50,000 to facilitate an urgent surgery to save his life.
The child Muhammad Arfan Ayaan Bin Mohd Shahrum has different life path from other babies as he has not left the ICCU for home since born. In fact, he urgently needs to undergo a heart surgery to stitch up the hole in his heart in order to to see the hope to continue living.
The parents have been worried day and night since their child can no longer delay the date of operation. The best option is to arrange the child for immediate surgery in a private hospital bearing the fact that the scheduling in the government hospital takes rather long. Really hope that the public can extend financial help to alleviate the suffering of the lovely child and the burden of the parents, we would be much obliged.
The child’s father, Mohd Shahrum, is currently unemployed. The family is basically being supported by the mother, Azliza who works as a civil servant. Both parents have been anxious and worried thus they approached Da Ai for help. Therefore, we are entrusted to take up and handle the case through crowdfunding.
Being an ordinary civil servant, Azliza’s meager income is way too little to cope with the huge surgical fee. Hence, the family is now on the verge of despair and desperation. In the position of a mother who could not hold her baby for 3 months long and could only watch her baby through an incubator, the misery scene even touched the heart of our social workers.
Let us all work together to pull the strings and efforts, and contribute our part to raise this RM50,000 so we will achieve this good deed to let the child live. Utmost gratitude to all!
