Rokiah’s husband passed away in a car accident. Unfortunately, she became a single mother when she was pregnant and had to take care of four young children. Due to the inability to work during the COVID-19 pandemic and pregnancy, she was unable to pay for the living expenses of the family and the baby’s milk powder. Therefore, we call upon everyone to help her.
34-year-old Rokiah Binti Mat Saad has cheered up from the unfortunate death of her husband because she is pregnant and knows that her 4 young children need her to raise. However, she has no income as she is unemployed, and savings were used up. Now there is no way to cope with the living expenses and the baby’s milk powder. She had no choice but to hold back her grief and asked for help to get through the difficulties.
Our DaAi social worker knew of the unfortunate and drastic changes in Rokiah’s family more than a month ago. We have visited her, and provide material assistance to her, hoping to help her come through her difficulties. The strong Rokiah didn’t make any further requests at the time, but only hoped that she could survive the difficulties. However, the cruelty of reality made this helpless single mother unable to continue her life. Because of pregnancy and no income, the family’s life was already in trouble.

A total of RM21,600 per year
A car accident took away her husband and made Rokiah an unfortunate single mother. Her husband was passed away in April this year because had an accident with a lorry when he drove a lorry. The family will never forget this day because the head of the family left them forever. Now, apart from her husband’s siblings who have visited her, her neighbors also gave some help to her. However, they are all with little income, so their help cannot solve her family’s difficulties.
Therefore, we call upon everyone to help Rokiah and her children through the difficulties. Thank you.

Rokiah Binti Mat Saad has given birth to a healthy and lovely baby, and our social worker also went to her home to give her affectionate wishes.
